SILICON DIOXIDE-FREE INGREDIENTS
In response to growing consumer demand for cleaner and more transparent formulations, we have developed innovative solutions that are free from nanoparticles. Leveraging our state-of-the-art technical capabilities, we manufacture high-performance spray-dried products without the addition of silicon dioxide, while maintaining performance and flow properties comparable to those of conventional spray-dried products.
This combination of formulation expertise and advanced process technology enables us to deliver effective, free-flowing powders without compromising on product functionality.
Quickly dispersible beta-carotene for powdered beverages
Divi’s unique CaroQuik beadlets are designed to enhance rapid, cold water dispersion of fortified powdered beverages. Due to their innovative formulation, these specialty carotenoid beadlets improve powder dissolution times. They offer fortification and color features for application in today’s popular instant beverage sticks, dispersion caps and powder canister packaging.
Bright color for transparent beverages
An increasing number of consumers consciously choose a more natural diet. Divi’s CaroClear beta-carotene is a nature-identical colorant that can be used to color clear and transparent beverages, such as flavored waters and soft drinks, but also energy and sports drinks. The result is a bright, transparent color that makes beverages very appealing to consumers. Divi’s CaroClear beta-carotene is taste neutral and shows excellent stability in applications.

CaroNat is a naturally sourced food ingredient made of carrot juice concentrate. It inherently contains beta-carotene and is used for dark yellow to orange coloration of a variety of foods and beverages. Our innovative production process provides the stabilization of this natural ingredient in a silicon-dioxide free powder form for easy handling and excellent stability in applications.
No seasonal variations for constant availability
CaroNat is available throughout the year thanks to a production process which overcomes seasonal variations.
Fresh carrots are harvested and immediately processed to stable carrot juice concentrate. At a later stage, the concentrate is transformed into CaroNat fine powder.
The composition of CaroNat, based only on natural, plant-based ingredients, allows claims such as no artificial color/ingredient, vegetarian, vegan.
