Although silicon dioxide is commonly used as a processing aid to improve the flowability of spray-dried powders, our advanced formulation and manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce silicon dioxide-free spray-dried ingredients with flowability, stability and handling characteristics comparable to conventional products.

Sucrose is used as a carrier in many formulations due to its technical characteristics such as good processability and high solubility. Our Novel Application product forms contain no added sugar, while maintaining excellent stability and texture.

Although solutions often require the addition of synthetic antioxidants to remain stable over time, we now offer a vitamin D3 solution that does not contain any synthetic antioxidants, yet displaying very good stability.

To answer increasing consumers’ concern about the potential safety issues of nanoparticles on health, we developed product forms which are nanoparticle free.

Because palm oil has bad press both for its ecological impact and its potential effects on health, our Novel Application product range does not contain any palm oil.
