Silicon dioxide is commonly used during spray drying as a flow aid to improve powder handling and reduce caking. Through optimized process design and advanced spray-drying technology, we are able to produce powders with excellent flowability, processability and storage stability without the need for added silicon dioxide.

Our silicon dioxide-free spray-dried ingredients exhibit performance characteristics comparable to conventional spray-dried products, making them suitable for a wide range of food, beverage and nutritional applications. This enables manufacturers to simplify formulations while maintaining robust processing performance and consistent product quality.
