As experts in the formulation of fat-soluble vitamins, we have developed a broad range of vitamin D forms suitable for food, beverages and supplements. Our spray-dried powders, microencapsulated beadlets, mini beadlets and oil solutions present excellent uniformity and stability in both liquid and dry applications.
Most of our vitamin D forms are kosher/halal certified, gluten-free, non-GMO and do not contain ingredients of known allergenic potential.
DIVI’S “FREE-FROM” INGREDIENT RANGE
Consumer demand continues to evolve towards products containing as few additives as possible. In order to help our customers meet this need, we have developed high quality ingredients formulated with less additives. Our various Novel Application product formulations can be used either in supplements or to fortify and color a variety of liquid and dry foods and beverages.
SILICON DIOXIDE-FREE INGREDIENTS
In response to growing consumer demand for cleaner and more transparent formulations, we have developed innovative solutions that are free from nanoparticles. Leveraging our state-of-the-art technical capabilities, we manufacture high-performance spray-dried products without the addition of silicon dioxide, while maintaining performance and flow properties comparable to those of conventional spray-dried products.
This combination of formulation expertise and advanced process technology enables us to deliver effective, free-flowing powders without compromising on product functionality.
Vitamin D3 500 SD: High potency for demanding applications
Vitamin D3 500 SD is a spray-dried powder providing 500,000 IU per g. It is easy to handle and exhibits excellent flowability. Our technology ensures constant particle size distribution and an optimized concentration, resulting in excellent content uniformity in applications such as premixes. Vitamin D3 500 SD benefits from a reliable supply thanks to a state-of-the-art plant in Germany.
